Zenith Port Royal V, Ref. 03.0550.400 chronograph with the automatic 400Z calibre movement. This is the same movement that Rolex borrowed to make their Daytona's in the 90's. A well-known and solid movement that allowed the Rolex Daytona to thrive.

Once sold, this watch, like all watches I sell over $2000 will come with a complimentary service, timing, and a clean/light buff/polish.

The case is quite large at 36mm wide (excluding crown) by 51mm long. On the steel bracelet it wears quite heavily, you won't forget this is on your wrist. High-polish stainless steel case and band, screw-down crown, pushers, in a rectangular shape the inner dial has a nice texture to it which is broken up by the recessed chronographs. Date at the 4:30 position and strong lume on the hands, a great watch to add to anyone's collection.

Zenith SA is a Swiss luxury watchmaker. The company was started in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot in Le Locle in the canton of Neuchâtel[1] and is one of the oldest continuously operating watchmakers. Favre-Jacot invented the concept of "in house movements", believing that only through control of the entire watchmaking process could the highest quality be achieved. Zenith was purchased by LVMH in November 1999, becoming one of several brands in its watch and jewellery division, which includes TAG Heuer and Hublot. Julien Tornare is president and CEO.

Unveiled in 1969, El Primero is the first ever fully integrated, high-frequency, automatic chronograph movement. For many years the most precise chronograph in the world, it remains a symbol of performance and continues to rule the hearts of mechanical watch enthusiasts.

Named after one of the most important ports in the Caribbean and one of the major pirate strongholds of the 17th century, the Zenith Port Royal has been an important part of the brand's history for over 70 years. The different models in this collection of sporty, yet elegant dress watches consistently cut a fine figure on the wrist. Interestingly, every single model of the Port Royal has something special in its own way, as it seems that Zenith has given itself free rein to experiment.
