Cvstos Challenge Chronograph

Here I have for sale a little known brand Cvstos. Pronounced "Coo-stose", latin word for Guardian.  This is truly the affordable Richard Mille.  All of the attention to detail, finishing, and quality, without the sacrifice at a fraction of the price.

The owner/founder of Cvstos comes from haute horologie blood lines as his dad is the current President of Franck Muller. The chief designer has worked for brands like Tag Heuer, Richard Mille, and other brands and at one point Richard Mille, Cvstos and Franck Muller were under the same umbrella, rumoured that the first watches of Richard Mille before he set off on his own he designed under the Franck Muller umbrella so that is why the watch may look familiar in its style, but at about 1/20th the price, much more affordable. These are swiss-made, swiss designed, with hands-on president breathing in some Franck Muller DNA into the watches.

The watch boasts an in--house 557 high-beat 28.8k vph automatic movement, 42-hours power reserve, screw down crown and a rugged case design. The nicely-decorated movement includes an exclusive palladium 888 alloy, titanium Gr. 5 rotor, sapphire front and back and presented in a really nice watch box. The watch has a supple leather band and feels very much like a Richard Mille or a higher end Franck Muller in every way.

Recently undergone an extensive maintenance and service (over $6000), you'll be good for some time before a routine maintenance or service is required.

This watch has been well-reviewed and received by many notable watch reviewers, bloggers and watch enthusiasts. Ablogtowatch has said it's fun, sporty, comfortable to wear. Onthewrist called it simply "amazing". WatchesTV called it a beautiful masterpiece.
